That’s it. Paste the result into ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or any other AI tool.
Categories
PromptForge supports five prompt categories, each optimized for its domain:
Code
Best for: feature development, debugging, refactoring, tests, code review.
Example input: “a React hook that handles form validation with Zod”
The generated prompt will include context about the tech stack, error handling patterns, TypeScript types, and testing considerations that you’d normally have to specify manually.
Writing
Best for: blog posts, emails, marketing copy, technical writing, creative fiction.
Example input: “a product launch email for a new AI tool”
The generated prompt will specify tone, audience, structure, call-to-action placement, and formatting — all tailored to the content type.
Image
Best for: Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, and other image generation tools.
Example input: “a cozy coffee shop interior, warm lighting”
The generated prompt will include style references, composition details, lighting specs, color palette, and camera angle — the details that turn “nice image” into “exactly what I wanted.”
Data
Best for: analysis, visualization, statistical work, data cleaning, reporting.
Example input: “analyze customer churn patterns in subscription data”
The generated prompt will specify methodology, expected output format, statistical tests, visualization types, and edge cases to consider.
Assistant
Best for: building custom AI assistants, chatbots, and system prompts.
Example input: “a customer support bot for a SaaS product”
The generated prompt will define personality, knowledge boundaries, escalation triggers, response format, and safety guardrails.

Tips for Better Results
Be specific about your goal. Instead of “write a blog post,” try “write a blog post about TypeScript generics for intermediate React developers.”
Mention your audience. The same topic needs a completely different prompt for beginners vs. experts.
Include constraints. Word count, tone, format, what to include, what to avoid — the more you tell PromptForge, the better your prompt will be.
Iterate. Use the output, see what works, and refine your input next time. PromptForge gets better when you do.
